Intern - Simpson Housing Corporate Office located in the Denver Tech Center – Denver, CO 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Fulfilling task assigned by a supervisor
• Participating in job shadowing
• Learning basics about acquisition/ disposition process
• Assisting with ESG initiatives
• Assisting with site feasibility analysis for proposed new development (JV or Self-developed), acquisitions and rehab properties
• Preparing reports requested by supervisor
• Interpreting and forecasting the trends of the market by studying present and historical trends

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics
• Experience using Excel, pivot tables, and Vlookups a plus

Pay Range: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
