    What We Are Currently Looking For:


    Concierge (Part Time Evenings) Hours: Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m./Monday-Thursday 6:00 pm. to 10:00 p.m.


    We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable customer service person for our large Beaverton apartment community.


    Primary Duties:


    • Assist residents with service requests, lock-outs, packages and other needs
    • Assist with various admin duties including: filing, sorting, generating fliers, preparing mailings
    • Monitor community clubhouse and its amenities; business center, theater and basketball court
    • Assist Event Director with community events and activities as needed

    Candidates who apply should have:


    • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, email and Internet
    • Able to operate basic office equipment like copier, fax and scanner
    • Able to effectively communicate in a professional manner
