    What We Are Currently Looking For:

     

    Help Desk Analyst I (Entry Level) – Corporate Office – Denver, CO

     

    This is an entry level position that provides first level support in a call center environment.  Responsibilities will include the following: 

    • Answers Help Desk phones in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
    • Tracking support calls, setting up new employees with system access, terminating employee accounts from core systems and assisting senior support with projects as assigned
    • Ensures all questions regarding the use of information technology tools are answered in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitors various network, e-mail, communication, and operating system entities ensuring timely action and notification in the occurrence of anomalies
    • Determines level of support needed for problem. Escalates problems to appropriate individuals or is the recipient of escalated problems based on established guidelines and procedures
    • Creates, updates, and issues call status information reports to employees and management using tools provided.
    • Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of Desktop Computing Environments.
    • Plays assigned role in rotating on-call duties with other members of Help Desk.

    Qualifications

    Candidates who apply should have: 

    • 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk/technical support environment or equivalent training and experience
    • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and networking
    • Experience with Microsoft and Apple based products
    • Ability to research and document issues
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
