    Due to current business demands, we are seeking a PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT - ENTRY LEVEL to augment and support the property operations teams nationwide.  This position will be located in our corporate office in DENVER, CO.



    • Provides accounting support for multiple properties in an assigned region
    • Responsibilities for all aspects of the general ledger and financial statements of properties
    • Responsible for all monthly accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliation, analysis of Yardi-RM reports, payable transactions and security disposition activity
    • Provides continuous review of general ledger activity and financial reports for reasonableness and accuracy
    • Work closely with property teams to identify and resolve accounting issues 
    • Prepare audit schedules and work with internal and external auditors as necessary
    • Keep informed of business operations by attending and participating in property management meetings


    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field is required
    • 6 months of accounting experience or accounting internship experience is strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP is necessary
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel is required
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
